Hello Everyone

I recently just had a former student from a few years back interview me for a college project she is doing on mentors. So here is part FOUR of the interview.

13. If you wanted to create an environment where motivation can thrive, what is the first thing you would do?

First I would remove all personal egos. Second I would learn what motivates each person. Third I would teach them to set long term and short term goals. Fourth I make them think why they want to achieve their goals. Fifth I would teach them to acquire the tools they need to achieve their goals.

14. What do you do to live a balanced life?

schedule my business things, my training things, and my personal life. Each aspect of my life only gets so much time. Once that time runs up per day I work on the next. Being organized allows you to get all the things you feel important done.

15. What are some key books you feel I should read, and why?

- The Power of Focus by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Hewitt, teaches you how to focus

- Food Rules by Michael Pollan, teaches how to eat so you are healthier

- Zen In The Martial Arts by Joe Hyams, teaches you about zen

- Also read books and watch podcasts about human in all aspects

16. What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my 5 world championships, my world record, having two of my students being world champions, how I have grown my business, and seeing young people grow up to be great people and leaders.

17. What is/are the most important life lesson(s) you have learned and wish you could pass on to everybody?

The most important lessons would be kind and courteous to everyone, work hard and smart with specific intentions on what you want to achieve, and dream big because dreaming big allows you to reach further than you thought you ever could.

These are short answers. I could go on and on and go into much further details. Also these answers can change in a short few months based on the learning experiences I go through.
